RETURN POLICY: Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded. All sales are final. If you are not happy with your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the error occurs on our end, upon proof, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. A representative will contact you and provide a mailing address to send the item you wish to exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer prior to speaking with a representative.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
