This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from S.A.S. Tees. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the Site from time to time including, but not limited to, content and equipment and/or software needed for access or use.
Copyrights, Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that are part of the Site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by S.A.S. Tees. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by S.A.S. Tees.
All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or republication of same without the prior written permission of the owner of same, is strictly prohibited.
The materials on the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use. You may download or copy the down-loadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. PAYMENT
S.A.S Tees accepts several payment methods including all Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through PayPal,. Having a PayPal account is not required to pay for your order(s) through PayPal. ShopifyPay is also a choice of payment option for a method of payment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded. All sales are final. If you are not happy with your order please email sasteesandmore@gmail.com. If the error occurs on our end, upon proof, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.
Turnaround Time: Depending upon the product ordered, turnaround time will vary. It could take up to 7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc).
Although, these are the standard turnaround processing time, more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) within the United States only. The standard shipping delivery time is 7-10 business days.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions disclosed, submitted, emailed or offered to S.A.S. Tees or otherwise disclosed, submitted, emailed or offered in connection with your use of the Site shall be and remain S.A.S. Tees property. Such disclosure, submission or offer shall constitute an assignment to SASTeesAndMore.com of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such comments, feedback, emails, images, logos, graphics, suggestions, ideas and other submissions.
Accuracy of Colors
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product. We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.
Product and Price Changes
All prices and products are subject to change without notice. S.A.S. Tees may change the availability of t-shirts or other products from the Site and does not guarantee that a t-shirt listed for sale is always in stock. If a t-shirt is no longer available or if its quality declines in any way, it will no longer be listed for sale.
Legal Compliance
You shall use S.A.S.Tees for lawful purposes only. You shall not transmit through SASTeesAndMore.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to produce goods and/or to terminate your access to S.A.S. Tees website for any breach of this provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
Warranty/Disclaimer of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
